Once you've made up your mind to buy a condo and you've lined up your Realtor, be prepared to make decisions quickly. If you find the right unit today but aren't ready to buy until tomorrow, you may already be too late. It's that simple-if you have fallen in love with a particular condominium, someone else in the market probably has as well. If this all sounds like a lot of work, it is.
